Eyebrow Lift Surgery
As we age, one noticeable change is the lowering of our eyebrows. In women, eyebrows typically have an arch and sit above the bony ridge over the eye. In men, they usually align with that ridge. However, as we get older, eyebrows tend to sag and may even droop over the eyelids. Many people think they need eyelid surgery to fix their drooping upper eyelids. But in reality, what they often need is to lift their forehead and eyebrows back to their more youthful position. If a patient has both sagging brows and extra eyelid skin, a single surgery can address both issues. This procedure, known as a forehead and brow lift, helps to make the forehead look smoother and more youthful.
